Elati Street En g lewood, Colorado 80 110 Phone (3 03) 761-1140 The City of Englewood will be conducting a Special Election on Tuesday, th e 17th day of May, 1983. You have been selected to assist with the Election as an Election Judge or an Alternate Election Judge, for which a certificate was ma i 1 ed to you. The prerequisite for being an Election Judge is that you are a registered elector and resident of the municipality in which you are appointed to serve. As in the past, the judges will need to be available to work at the pools between 6:00 a.m. and about 8:00 p.m. The judges will be paid either $55.00 or $50.00, the head judge being pai d the former amount. A meeting for all Election Judges and Alternate Election Judges will be held on Friday, May 13, 1983, in the Community Room in City Hall. There will be two meetings, one at 3:30 p.m. and another at 5:30 p.m. Attendance at one of these meeting in manadatory. These meetings will last approximately 45 minutes. The meeting time will be spent discussing the election and your participation as a judge or alternate judge. If you have any questions about the election, make sure and get them answered at one of these meetings .
