QUESTION SUBMITTED:
"Shall the City of Englewood, Arapahoe County,
Colorado, be authorized to issue general obligation
bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $4,680,000,
to bear interest at a maximum net effective interest rate
not to exceed l l 1h% per annum, to mature serially within
20 years of their date, for the purpose of acquiring land
and constructing and equipping a community center and
related appurtenances, for the City?"
