B. Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission ("Commission") shall
have those administration and review roles as shown in Section 1..6-2-2 EMC, "Summary ' Table of
Administrative d ReviewRoles". In additions, the Commission shall have the following

1. Title Interpretation. Except as to the classification of unlisted uses (see Section16-5-1.13
