1 Study Session Topic
a)Director of Finance Jackie Loh was present to review the Monthly Financial
Report.
b)Deputy City Manager Tim Dodd, Deputy Director of Parks Recreation, Library
and Golf Brad Anderson, Carson Bise, and Tishler Bise were present to
discuss Development Impact Fees.
Moved by Council Member Rita Russell
Seconded by Council Member Steven Ward
Motion to conclude the Study Session due to technology issues and begin the
Regular Meeting at 7 p.m.

for the City's current fees for usage of City property, facilities and services

and (I)(A)(2)(a) to reflect they are elected at the swearing-in and seating
of a newly-elected Council rather than the second meeting in November,
given newly-elected Council Members may not assume the office yet by
the second meeting in November.
