APPROVED 1/20/64 2. AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH 300 FEET OF ALL OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 8, HARLEM SECOND ADDITION, AT THE REAR OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 12 AND 37 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, ARAPAHOE COUNTY, COLORADO. APPROVED 2/17/64 3. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE WHOLE COST OF THE IMPROVEMENTS MADE IN AND FOR PAVING DISTRICT NO. 13, IN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO; APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE APPORTIONMENT OF SAID COST TO EACH LOT OR TRACT OF LAND IN SAID DISTRICT; ASSESSING A SHARE OF SAID COST AGAINST EACH LOT OR TRACT OF LAND IN THE DISTRICT; PRESCRIBING THE MANNER FOR THE COLLECTION AND PAYMENT OF SAID ASSESSMENTS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, BY RENUMBERING SECTION 18.2 THEREOF AS TO THE POWERS OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE AS SECTION 18.2-1 AND ADDING TO SAID CODE A NEW SECTION 18.2-2 PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF A SUBSTITUTE MUNICIPAL JUDGE TO ACT IN THE PLACE OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE WHEN SAID JUDGE SHALL BE UNAVAILABLE, SICK INCAPACITATED, DISQUALIFIED OR OTHERWISE UNABLE TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF HIS OFFICE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.3-7 REGISTRATION FEE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, CHANGING THE DISCOUNT ALLOWED TO DEALERS FOR AFFIXING CIGARETTE STAMPS FROM TWELVE PER CENT TO EIGHT PER CENT. APPROVED 3/16/64 8. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, PAVING DISTRICT NO. 14 BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON. APPROVED 5/18/64 9. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 17.14 LEVYING A LICENSE FEE FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF CARRYING ON OR ENGAGING IN CERTAIN BUSINESSES, TRADES OR OCCUPATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, FIXING THE AMOUNTS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO CARRY ON OR ENGAGE IN SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR OCCUPATION WITHOUT FIRST HAVING PAID SUCH LICENSE FEE, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. APPROVED 5/18/64 10. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.20-8(a) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, TO CHANGE THE PARKING TIME LIMIT ON CERTAIN STREETS FROM ONE HOUR TO TWO HOURS. APPROVED 6/1/64 11. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE PRESENT DESIGNATION OF SECTION 25.20-8, SUBPARAGRAPH (c) TO SUBPARAGRAPH (d) AND ADDING THERETO A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (c) CHANGING THE 2 HOUR PARKING LIMIT ON THE CITY PARKING LOT TO 3 HOURS.
