ADDING TO SAID CODE A NEW SECTION 18.2-2 PROVIDING FOR THE
APPOINTMENT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF A SUBSTITUTE MUNICIPAL
JUDGE TO ACT IN THE PLACE OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE WHEN SAID
JUDGE SHALL BE UNAVAILABLE, SICK INCAPACITATED, DISQUALIFIED

ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, PAVING DISTRICT NO. 14 BONDS AND

THEREON.

9. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 17.14
LEVYING A LICENSE FEE FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF CARRYING ON OR
ENGAGING IN CERTAIN BUSINESSES, TRADES OR OCCUPATIONS WITHIN
THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, FIXING THE AMOUNTS
THEREOF, AND PROVIDING THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY
PERSON TO CARRY ON OR ENGAGE IN SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR
OCCUPATION WITHOUT FIRST HAVING PAID SUCH LICENSE FEE, AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

HOURS.

ADDING THERETO A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (c) CHANGING THE 2 HOUR
PARKING LIMIT ON THE CITY PARKING LOT TO 3 HOURS.
