PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION ta:h is i ss ue was di sc us sed during th e City Council Study Session on December ll, 1989.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Administrative Services ha s conducted a review cf comparable wages rates for the
Manag erial and Confidential Employees. The review indicated that in many areas, the
Englewood 198 9 wage rate was below metro -area prevailing wages. The proposed 1%
cos t -o f -living increa se will ke ep pace with increas es being received by other
municipa l emp loyees within the me tro -area and will not result in wage rates greater
th ; n that within the metro-area.
