The meeting recessed at 7:04 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 7:09 p.m. with 6 Council Members present. Council Member Nunnenkamp responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Council Member Russell removed Agenda Items 9(a)(i-iii) from Consent Agenda Council Member Wright removed Agenda Item 9(b)(i) from Consent Agenda a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading i) CB-11 Drinking Water Revolving Fund Loan Agreements with the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority for the Lead Reduction Program.
