1 Study Session Topic
a) Director of Utilities and South Platte Renew Pieter Van Ry and Director of
Public Works Victor Rachael were present to review the Preliminary 2025-2029
Capital Projects List with City Council for the Water, Sewer, and Stormwater
Enterprise Funds.
The meeting recessed at 7:04 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:09 p.m. with 6 Council Members present.
Council Member Ward was absent.

The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 7:10 p.m.

need for Actual 25-year rain event capacity infrastructure in the upstream half of the

data base.
c) Chelsea Anderson addressed Council regarding proposed comments to public
comment.
d) Lawrence Perez addressed Council regarding increased theft at an established
business in Englewood.

Council.
