Crow, City Clerk DATE: October 5, 1989 SUBJECT: SPECIAL ELECTION VOTING RECORDS The report, per your request, showing the voter turnout as compared to the number of registered voters at the time of the various Special Elections is attached. I hope this information proves helpful.
