M. Members Present: Braun, Guilford, Rapp, Rudd Members Absent: Barde, Jones, Romans, R. G. Cummings Annexation Proposal TSUO West Tufts Ave. Hearing No. 36 Mr. R. G. Cummings attended the meeting to discuss the possibility of annexation of a tract of land approximately three acres in size located adjacent to and just North of West Belleview Avenue and South and West of Big Dry Creek. There is a two acre tract under separate ownership which lies between Big Dry Creek or the city limits line and the tract in question which also is outside the City of Englewood. A third tract, twenty acres in size lies adjacent on the West and is also outside the City of Englewood. Discussion of the proposal brought out that without the inclusion of the two acre tract on the East and the one on the West if at all possible, it would be almost an impossibility to arrange for utility services to the area, the cost being prohibitive to only the owners of the three acre tract. Mr. Cummings was advised to contact owners of the other lands surrounding his own to determine wh~ther a .large~ area could not be included in a petition for annexation, return- ing to a later meeting of the Board with his findings. Mr. Guilford presented and read a preliminary draft of a suggested amehdment to the Zoning Ordinance, which he had prepared, relative to off street parking for Churches in the City of Englewood. Discussion followed, after which Mr. Guilford was asked to continue working on the draft for final presentation at a later date. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adj0urned at 10:15 P. M. Approved: John D. Curtice Recording Secretary I I I
