Hearing No. 24-58
The P l anning Director presented maps showing the location of the subject area tentatively
proposed for annexation. The relation of the existing City zoning to the prop9sed R-1-D
zoning in the tentative annexation was discussed briefly. It was apparent that there was
considerable difference of opinion among Planning Corrunission members as to whether the
subject area should be allowed to be a residential area or light industrial area. It was
agreed that the matter would need considerably more study and discussion before even a pre-
liminary recorrunendation could be made to the City Council.
The Planning Director was instructed to notify Mr. Garrett of the decision.
There being no further business to come before the Planning Corrunission, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:00 A. M.
