Mr. Vobo ril presented a slide show on Sub-area 3 and Sub -a rea 5. Sub-a rea 3 ma x imum
office squa re footage was revisited. Other topics in Sub-ar ea 3 includ ed maximum lot
cove rage, floor area ratio , driveway locations and minimum lot area. Sub-area 5 topi cs
included retail and office. Mr. Voboril also reviewed stakeholder co mm e nts a nd goa ls for
Sub-area 5.

Co mmission . Chair Knoth said it has not been discussed to date .
