1. Umbrell as on outside patios are not specifically addressed in the li ce nse, b ut
they ca nnot interfe re with th e wa lkin g pub li c and must be kept with in th e patio a rea.
2. In regard to th e BID banners on the li ght poles, th e streetli gh t s be long to
Pub li c Service Company, but are in Eng lewoo d's right-of-w ay. This was done by a spec ifi c
Resolution for th e BID. The bann e rs must clear 17 fe et and th ere are no res tri c tion s on th e
sq u are footage of the banners .
