V. DIRECTOR'S CHOICE
Ms. Langon reviewed the upcoming meeting dates . She stated there would be no meetings
on November 22 and December 20. The Commission will be discussing the updated
handbook at the December 6 meeting which has been condensed to 10 pages and
designed with new Commissioners in mind. The first meeting in January is tentatively
scheduled for January 3 if it is a study session; if a public hearing is scheduled it will be
moved to January 10. Ms. Langon reminded the Commission that the second meeting in
January will be held on a Wednesday, January 18, due to the holiday.
Ms. Langon stated that Ms. Laga sent staff an e-mail indicating her resignation from the
Commission .
VI. ATTORNEY'S CHOICE
Ms. Reid updated the Commission on a previous interpretation case regarding telephone
poles used as fencing materials. Building permits for that particular fence have expired and
were voided for lack of action. At this time any fence construction on that property will
have to meet current UDC fence regulations which prohibit telephone poles as fencing
materials .
VII. COMMISSIONER'S CHOICE
Chair Krieger asked if the conditions of the Denver Seminary PUD stay with the property
even if the developer changes. Ms. Langon responded that all conditions and development
requirements are tied to the PUD, not to a particular developer.
Mr. Brick stated that the Keep Englewood Beautiful Commission will be doing an
assessment of the environmental section of the Comprehensive Plan and will be seeking
the Commission 's input.
The meeti ng adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
