The description of the boundary of Council District No. 4 was
discussed. The boundary line of District No . 4 begins at th~
intersection at the westerly City limit line and West Tufts
Avenue. It was pointed out that there are two locations at
which this intersection may be located . It is, therefore, the
recommendation of the Election Commission that the boundary of
Council District No. 4 be defined as beginning from a point of
intersection of West Tufts Avenue and the westerly City timit
line in the vicinity of South Garden Street; and that it be
clarified that Council District No. 4 includes all that area
generally known as Centennial Acres which lies within the City
limit line of the City of Englewood.
