Present: Mr. William Hanson
Mr. Harry Fleenor
Mr. Stephen A. Lyon, Chairman
Mr. Lyon informed members of the Election Commission
of the problems which had occurred in the paper ballot precincts
due to the fact that the judges had not been instructed in the
proper use of paper ballots. A report in draft was submitted on
these problems. A full report will be submitted at the time the
Election Commission meets to certify the outcome.
Mr. Lyon stated that only in Precinct 205 had voters
been unable to cast their ballots on the November 5 election.

Precinct 205 and to contact these individuals and allow them to
vote at the City of Englewood prior to the close of the polls.
Authorization was granted. The Election Commission additionally
ruled that those individuals who wished to come to the City of
Englewood to cast their ballots be authorized mileage.
The Election Commission established a special counting
