HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-06-03 EC MINUTESELECTION COMMISSION MINUTES A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Englewood was held on June 3, 1974 at 3~30 P,M, in the office of the Director of Finance. Present were: Mary Lou Newport, Lois Gilbert, and Karl Nollenberger. The Election Commission discussed the procedures and other items for the Special Election to be held on June 11, 1974 concerning the recall of two Council Members. Commission member Newport moved and Commission member Gilbert seconded a motion to approve the list of election judges, the list of polling places, and the ballot for the election as enclosed. Upon the call of the roll, the vote resulted as follows: Ayes: Commission members Newport, Gilbert, Nollenberger. Nays: None Commission member Nollenberger stated that a meeting should be held on June 12th, the day after the election in order to certify the results of the election. It was decided that the Commission would meet at 7:00 P.M. on June 12th. The meeting was adjourned at 3:50 P.M.
