The meeting of the Englewood Code Enforcement Advisory Committee was called to order at 6:30 p.m . by Chair Mosman. Roll Call Present: Chair Mosman, Members Bayless , Becker, Berger, Hart, Hinger, Wilson, and Alternate Member Skinner. A quorum of the Committee was present. Ex-Officio Members Present: Council Liaisons Gillit and Mccaslin, and Staff Liaisons Flaherty and Sergeant Englert. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Member Becker and seconded by Member Hart to approve the minutes of the August 18, 2010 meeting. There being no changes , the minutes were approved as submitted. PUBLIC OPEN FORUM a. Beverlee Howe discussed several code issues . She wants the City to maintain current municipal codes to regulate recreational vehicle and trailer parking. IV. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Off-Road Vehicles /Recreational Vehicles/Trailers: Regulations and Enforcement Sergeant Englert provided a list of Off Road Vehicle violations which occurred from January 1, 2009 through September 7, 2010, circulated photographs illustrating violations, and discussed properties which are in compliance versus those which are not in compliance. Chair Mosman also circulated photographs showing a property that is not in compliance. Discussion ensued. b. Board and Commission Appreciation Chair Mosman distributed a small token of appreciation to each member for the time and effort given while serving on the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee . v. MONTHLY CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT Sergeant Englert provided Code Enforcement activity reports for August 2009 and August 2010. Discussion followed. VI. TOPICS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS • Off-Road Vehicles/Recreational Vehicles/Trailers: Regulations and Enforcement VII.
