Commission Member Schnitzer commented in regard to MOA wanting the Commission to pa y for the memorial plaque and lighting. MOA representative Tim Vacca stated that that was his understanding; adding that he was not sure where the quote of $1,500 came from but that he would think that Roger would be fair with the cost. Discussion followed. Bertoluzzi requested that Vacca get more information to bring back to the Commission. Bartunek asked in regard to who had rights to the sculpture and if MOA were to leave , would it take the sculpture.
