business would perta in to the Library Board. It was decided that the Cultural Arts Commission secretary
would be asked to send the Commission 's current agenda to the Library Board Chair prior to the
commission's meeting. Then the Board Chair would decide if a member from the Library Board needed to
attend the Commission meeting . It was noted that Ms . Grazulis who is the City Council Liaison to the
Library Board attends the Cultural Arts Commission meetings and could also be asked for updates. Ms .
Holmes noted that she attended the Parks and Recreation Commission and the report from the Cultural
Arts Commission was that there was no business of note.
