Discussion of the status of the acquisition of 3448-50 S. Broadway in view of the letter from N.O.B. reporting the sale to Mr. James. Attorney Crow discussed procedures involved should the Board wish to request the City Council to exercise the right of emminent domain. Attorney Crow was requested to write a letter on his letterhead to both N.O.B. the seller and Mr. James, as the new owner to determine, if in fact, the property has changed hands. Attorney Crow is to contact City Attorney Berardini to determine if changing the location of the walk-thru and park as suggested by the Architect in some preliminary plans would require a resubmittal of the revised plan to Council for another public hearing. 2. Discussion of alternatives to location of "Walk-thru" a. The owner of 3460 S. Broadway has offered to discuss the acquisition of that property as a possible Walk-thru location. The Committee requested that Leonard Robohm visit with Blanche Miller-Harvey to determine a method of arriving at a price and terms.
