DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Office Lease -The Director explained the events that have lead to the
situation. The two spaces that the leasing agent had offered to lease
to the EDDA at Trolley Square are apparently no longer available. Because
of the time involved in the end of the current lease at 3535 South Sherman,
the Board noted that a shorter lease might be an alternative for the present.
Mr. Mausolf moved, seconded by Mr. Kaufman, to offer Albin Management Company
a one year lease, with one year option, at $12.00/sq.ft. Discussion ensued.
The motion was _ then passed unanimously by voice vote.
Colorado Business Magazine -This magazine is no longer placing an emphasis .
on the Section II feature. However, the Editor indicated that he would be
very interested in doing a feature story on downtown Englewood ahd the events
to date of the redevelopment project. Ms. Dietrich will coordiante this with
the magazine and business and community leaders of Englewood.
