CITY OF ENGLEWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
October 1, 1985
I. CALL TO ORDER.
The Special meeting of the City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to
order by Chairman Stoel at 7:00 p.m.
Members present:
Members absent:
Barbre, Beier, Carson, Magnuson, Gourdin, Mesa, Allen, Stoel.
McBrayer.
Also present: Dorothy A. Romans, Assistant Director of Community Development-
Planning.
Chairman Stoel declared a quorum of the Commission in attendance.
II. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.
Chairman Stoel stated that the Minutes of September 17, 1985, were to be
considered for approval.
Carson moved:
Allen seconded: The Minutes of September 17, 1985 be approved as written .
AYES: Barbre, Beier, Carson, Mesa, Allen, Stoel.
NAYS: None.
ABSTAIN: Magnuson, Gourdin.
ABSENT: McBrayer.
III. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS OF FACT.
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, THE MARKS.
Carson moved:
CASE NUMBER 25-85
Barbre seconded: The Findings of Fact for Case Number 25-85 be approved
as written.
AYES:
NAYS:
Barbre, Beier, Carson, Mesa, Allen, Stoel.
None.
ABSTAIN: Magnuson, Gourdin.
ABSENT: McBrayer.
IV. ADJOURNMENT.
The Special Meeting of the Planning Commission adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
