Mr .o Anderson stated that groundwork is being done toward formation of a ter and sewer District to cover virtually the entire area involved and revealed that a rather large industry is interested in· locating on a site whic is adjacent to the Rad Line on the Southeast corner and indicated that their decision to construct their plant would depend upon their ability to secure water and &ewer service from The City ot Englewoodo After discussion; Milligan, moved, l Frantz, seconded, that the Water Board reconmend to Council that the area outside the Englewood City limits in which Distributor•a Contracts will be permitted be enlarged to include the. following tract: Begirming at a point a'-the South Quart.er corner of Section 2.5 9 T 55, R 68 w, thence 1/4 mile North, th nee 1/2 mile East, thence, l/4 mile South, thence l Jllile East, thence 1 mile South to the County line, thence 1 mile West, thence l mile North, thence 1/2 mile West to point of beginning, said tract to be offered a Distributor•a Contract for industrial purposes onl¥ as approved by The City Council.
