Fred Fraiser, a member of the Board of The Southeast Encle~wod Water District appeared to discuss the possibility of increasinc the number of taps allovied in the Distributor• s Contract between The City of Englewood and The Southeast Englewood Water District from 500 to 600 taps» the increase of 100 taps to be allotted to the area within Greenwood Village by mutual agree= ment of the Southeast .l!;n1 :;lewood ':later District and the said area which has petit,ioned to become a part of the Districto After discussion, including engin.eering facts related by ?!ro Dale Rea~ Consul·ting engineer; Scott moved, '.'foCabe seconded.., Roll Call: Ayes: Nays:· Absent: that The Water Board recomr:iend to Council thay they amend the existing Distributor's Contract with The Southeast Englewood Water District to a total of 600 taps due to the fact. that The Sout.heast Englewood Water District is annexing the substantial part of Section 14D T 5 S" R 68 w, Greem'Zood Villaee 1 Arapahoe County, Coloradoo Frantz" Scott, Qlinere.
