Carey was referred to Water Advisory Board meeting minutes of March 27th, J~ 19th am Jul.y 24th, 1957 which show that in order to allQV the Sheridan Hills area to conmct to the system, the City had assuz:ed a certain anticipated responsibilitor in the possible necessity or relocating a portion of the existing trunk lim from its present location on Robinson Brick arxi Tile Com:pa.ey lands to another right-of-way to the West, which project would be quite expensiveo Further, Mro Carey was advised that the matter was now beyom the Water Advisory Board since City Council has approved the fee and that if he felt further discussion was necessary, it ahruld be taken up with City Counoilo --- Ur.
