Ditch Holding C~r 0 --- Uro Rudd, City U.anaeer, reported that an agreement has been made with the Clapps, owners» for purchase of the land on the north side of the present sewage treatment plant and that he was waiting only for the pa:~ rs to be signedo Mro Rudd, City ~.mnager, reported on the status o.f the right-of-way along South Tejon Street for the proposed water lil'X3o He stated that to date no definite agreements have been ma.de but that he had a :'l.eeti..'lG arranged \'Tith sOIIB of the owners of the :land within a very few dayao --...
