Mr. Shivers, Special Counsel, rc:;:>orted the following matters from the last meetinr. of the Tri-City Trust: 1.lr. Thomas Campbell, ha.vine becor:le Chairr.tan of t:.ho Denver Doard of Water Commissioners, replaced Mr. Hudson Uoore, Jr. as T-.rustee for Denver. Mr. Trunk of the Denver Leeal Department resigned as Secretary and Mr. Jack Ross of the Denver Legal Department was appointed as Sacretaryo Future bills, in connection with the Aurora suit, will be billed to the individual cities, one-fourth each, the remaj.ning one-fourth to Consolidated Ditches, each city to pay it's O'.'m le gal expenses o The City of Littleton was granted the right to acqu:ire approximately 90 shares of Bowles Reservoir and Irrigation Company, outside of the Tri-City Trnsto Future pur- chases by Littleton or F:rtglewood are to be brought to the Trust with the understandine that they probably will be permittedo Any city can option, in the narre of the Trust, Antero rights at $110.,00 per share and City Ditch rights at $500000 per inch, all of which must go through the Trusto Enelewood uas given permission to buy as many McBrooin Ditch shares as U, desires, out- side the Trust, and any shares in the Olsen and Bell Ditch, outside the Trust, the water represented by such shares having been used and not abandonedo It was determined that Lit,tleton's request to serve the Centemial Turf Club should be determined between Littlaton and EncJ.ewoodo The following letter from the City of Littleton was received and read: "CITY OF LITTLETOM, COLJRADO Sept. 6, 1958 City of l!:nglewood, Vlater Department, City Hall, Englewocxi, Colorado Attention: Harold H. Babcock: The Centennial Turf Club has made application for the City of Littleton to serve it with donestic water from Littleton's mw pumping plant which adjoins it on the South. The City of Denver is now serving it, and the Club desires to change to Littleton, and that was part of the arrangeoont when we obtained a riaht of vray alone their South line for our Nevada watero As Centennial Turf Club is Tiithin the water blue lire of i·;nglev1ood, under the Tri-City Trust, we need your permission to makE this connectiono We are already serving them with sewer. We have no intention of serving any other territory outside our Blu~ line, so that this will not interfere with your service to Centennial Acres to the Westo Very truly yours, /s/ Horatio s.
