Scott explained the nature and !unct.ioning of om· Boru.."Jt and reviewed the Tri=City Trust Agreementp particularly l'fi.t,h reference to EY..hibit 11 .8 18 which shows the territory and boundary lines within which the ·i,,hree cit:~es of Danvers Littleton and Englewood would be con.fined for water serviceo Mro Scott alt10 explained that Englewood had held to this agreement in every respect and intended to continue to do so 111 the future as the City has no ambi·cions to extend water service into eny territory other tha.11 as designated for Englewood in Exhibit "B" and not into any territory as designated for LHtleton in Exhibit "B"" Mro 'l.'eylor explained that. Littleton ha.s many problems11 many of wh:i.ch have ended in a state of confusion due to so many recent changes in City Council members and administration personnelo Mrc Taylor also stated that they had been contacted by Denver for the possible purchase of water but, at this times they may or may not be interestedo Mro 0°Brien also spoke!> explaining some of the ma.rzy-problems Lit·Ueton is faced with_, and that they have a long way to go in future pla.nningo It was mutually agreed by the Englewood Water and Sewer Board members and the Littleton Council members present that there should be more liaison between the two citieso Mro Babcock~ Utilities Director, presented a proposed revision of Charges for Tank Truck Water Serviceo (See copy attached as a part of these m.inuteso) After some discussion, Purcell movedD Braun~ secondedp That the Water and Sewer Board recommend to City Council that a resolution be adopted authorizing the revision for Tank Truck Water Service8 as proposedo Ayes: Braun, Brownewell., Frantz.11 Purcell, Scott Nays: ?fone Absent: Robohm.e McCabe A short discussion was held on the practicability of metering and billing present metered water accounts on a quarterly basis instead of a monthly basis as is the policy nowo It was the opinion of the Board that no change should be considered at this timeo Another short discussion was held on the pros and cons of requiring the metering of all present flat rate water accountso No action was takeno = 2 .,, Mro Shivers, Consultant, report,ed on further de·1elopments of the poss:tbility of the proposed plan to utilize Englewood~ s Wes-tern Slope water v'ia.
