the matter ba submitted to Englewood for consideration and detemination
whe'l:iher or not a £inn commitmant can be made to the property owners as
men·tioned above. It. ouJ.d be utderstood., or course, that the property
ownurs would 1'...ave to patition for inclusion and the statutory procedure
followed .~ ~is regard, supplemental agreements would be entered into
with tha. City or Engle1'1ood at that time with respect to all ar portions of
the property petitioned for iriclueion,, and that tap fees:J service tees and
ehar·ges made to other property owners ·would be charged in this instance, in
accordance with the usual procedure of the District and the City of Englewoodo

'lhe BOR-Mar Wa.ter am Sanitation District is contemplating a bond
election for the approval of the sale of bonds for tra construction of a sewage
collection system for the town of Bow-Mar, Coloradoo
It is our intention that installation of all sewer lines, manholes and
other appurtenances W.ich go to make a complete sewage system will be let
by contract and paid for by the Bow-Mar Water and Sanitation Districto The
topography of the area foroes the division of the system into three partso Tha
Northwest portion of Bow-Mar containing 51 building sites 11 near the Denver
Marston Filter Plant, has a natural drainage area sloping toward Fort Logano
The North area between Fort Logan and Ballsvie'W Avenue containing 49 sites
has drainage toward Centermial Acres which subdivision is served by the
Valley Sanitation D:istrioto The balance of the Bow~!ar area comprising
approximately 165 sites has a natural drainage to the South and can 'te connected
through the Platte Canyon Water and Sanitation District to the Sewage Treat...

We have discussed contract arrangensnts with the Valley Sanitation
Dist.riot whereby the sewage from approxina tely 50 bane sites would be

direction of the Water and Sewer Board, the Recordµlg Secretary imnsd:ia tely wrote a letter

During the discussion, the Board was inf'crmad1 by Mr., Shivers, Consultant, that a meeting
had been sc!Bduled to include Mro Rudd, City Manager, Mr., Bashor, Mr., Beausang, City Clerk-
