WATER AND SEWER BOARD
MINUTES
June 13, 1988

The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.
Chairwoman Gulley declared a quorum present.

1. MINUTES OF THE MAY 10, 1988 MEETING.
The Englewood Water and Sewer Board minutes of the May 10, 1988 meeting were
approved as written.
Mr. Resley moved;

To approve the May 10, 1988 meeting minutes .

Mr. Neil Neumann entered at 5:07 p.m.
2. PETERSBURG DITCH TRIAL
Stewart Fonda discussed the first four days of the trial. Points made by the
opposition were discussed along with various strategies.
The Board will be updated as the trial progresses on June 27 , 28 and 29, 1988 .

3. FROG HOLLOW -CHERRY HILLS
Mike Woika discussed the purpose and requirements of extending the water line
into the Frog Hollow area of Cherry Hills. The proposed agreement is the con-
ditions under which an agreement would be made.

4. BOREAS PASS
To recommend Council approval of an Ordinance
recommending t he Acting City Manager sign the
Agreement wi t h Cherry Hills Village outlining the
conditions of an agreement to serve water to the
Frog Hollow area.
The United State Forest Service has made it a permit requirement to obtain an
historical site project impact study on the Boreas Pass Ditch No. 2
rehabilitation.
Two quotes were requested based on the list of qualified personnel obtained
from the Forest Service. One was unable to quote because of work load.
Rebecca Herbst has the required credentials and is able to perform the study
in a timely manner for $2,500.

To recommend Council approval of the proposal
from Rebecca Herbst for the historical site proj-
ect impact study for Boreas Pass Ditch No. 2
rehabilitation.
