MINUTES
January 12, 1988

The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.
Chairwoman Gulley declared a quorum present.

1. MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 8, 1988 MEETING.
The Englewood Water and Sewer Board minutes of the December 8,
1988 meeting were approved as written.

lien be placed against the residence a t 430 w. Stanford Ave. and
that the lien would be due and payable within 10 years or when
title is transferred, whichever one comes first.

430 W. Stanford Avenue for the water
and sewer lines needed for
separation from the service line at
4301 s. Delaware. The lien will be

3. SOUTHGATE SUPPLEMENT #110
A request was made by the Southgate Sanitation District for
inclusion into the Southgate Sanitation District service area.
Supplement #110 is for an area approximately 1.44 acres. The
property is residential lot currently on a septic system. The
owner is Thomas G. and Jane L. Moore.
Mr. Resley moved;

To recommend Council approval of the
Southgate Sanitation District
Supplement #110.

Joe Tom Wood e v a luated Englewood's o ptions if the c u rrent ruling
on the Petersburg Ditch is upheld in a ppeal court.
David Hill discussed water rights diversion and how diversion
amounts were determined along with current changes in water law
and the effect on other municipalities.
Stewart Fonda discussed Boreas Pass rights.
5. BI-CITY EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
An Executive Summary, compiled by Brown and cauldwell, for the
Bi-City Plant was distributed to the Board. The report will be
discussed at the next Water and Sewer Board meeting.
6. WATER AND SEWER BOARD VACANCY.
City Council will be accepting application for the Water and
Sewer Board vacancy created by Judd Lake's resignation.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m .
The next Englewood Water and Sewer Board meeting will be held
Tuesday, February 9, 1988 at 5:00 p.m. in Conference .Room A.
