HANSON MOVED, AND MR. BRUNDAGE SECONDED, TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MAY 20, 1976 AS PRESENTED. P.~es: Nays: The motion carried. Hosanna , Turner, Hanson, Brundage None * * * * The Board discussed the new position of (civilian) Police Lab. Technician and its representation by an employee association. M'.ichael Schaffer, president of the Englewood Police Benefit Association, stated that it is the desire of all three of the new Lab. Techs to be placed under the EPBA rather than the Englewood Municipal Employees' Association. Mr. Lorig advised that a hearing would be in order to decide the matter. It was decided that the hearing would take place at the regular July meeting. * * * * Margaret Freeman was present, representing the Englewood Municipal Employees' Association and Michael Schaffer represented the Englewood Police Benefit Association. The Firefighters had no representative present. * * * * Under Personnel Director's Choice , 1!r. Lorig corrnnented that the revised ordinance on related employees would appear on the next City Council agenda. He also told the Board that the City's military leave policy was declared unconstitutional by a Littleton court and would be revised. * * * * 263 MR. HANSON MOVED, AND MRS.
