Weber, Chairnlall V~y,~cretary IN AND BEFORE THE CAREER SERVICE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO BARGAINING UNIT DETERMINATION POSITION OF CLERICAL SUPER- VISOR, FINANCE DEPARTMENT In re: Findings of the Board of Car~er Service Commissioners, City of Englewood, Colorado, September 17, 1981, in the matter of the City's petition for unit determination and exclusion from the bargaining unit of the position of Clerical Supervisor The Career Service Commissioner's findings on the above named petition are as fallows: that the functions performed by this position as indicated by testimony and exhibits are of a routine and clerical nature and not performed with sufficient independence of judgment to exclude this position from the bargaining unit as a supervisor. Testimony and City Exhibit II (under Duties) indicates that the position coincides with the duties of a leadworker rather than that of a supervisor as defined by Charter.
