Cannissioner Pokraka m::>ved, seconded by Carmissioner Turner that
the appeal of Robert Drake, appealing the termination of his
employrrent, be dienissed because of Mr. Drake•s failure to appear
at this hearing unless he shows justification to the Board for his
failure to appear within five (5) days of this meeting of March 4, 1982.
