A roll call was taken and a quorum was established. The order of business was to hand down the Findings, Decision and Order regarding the disciplinary ap- peal filed by Gary Kasson. The Board recessed into executive session to consider the written findings provided by the Board's Attorney, Stan Damas. The Board reconvened at 6:50 p.m. Chairman Fleenor read the Findings, Decision and Order regarding the disciplinary appeal filed by Mr. Kasson. The Board agreed with the City's decision to impose the 40 hour disciplinary suspension . Commissioner Kerzic moved t o accept the decision of the Kasson appeal. Commissioner Belt seconded. The motion carried. The hearing was adjourned .
