Fleenor, Jr. None Stan Damas, CSB Attorney Martin Semple, City Labor Attorney & Chief Negotiator Tom Buescher, EPBA Attorney Searl G. Brier, Employee Relations Allan Stanley, Acting Police Chief Bob Stef, Police Negotiating Committee Gary Condreay, Police Negotiating Committee Randy Carson, Police Negotiating Committee Ron Beck, Police Negotiating Committee Mary Ann Gregory, Recording Secretary Chairman Harry Fleenor opened the meeting at 7:08 p.m. A roll call was taken and a quorum established. Chairman Fleenor announced the purpose of the meeting was to allow the Englewood Police Benefit Association and the City to present impasse subjects and evidence regarding these subjects. Mr. Tom Buescher, EPBA Attorney, opened with statements regarding the impasse notification process and asked for an new hearing date so that he might prepare the case. Mr. Martin Semple, City Labor Attorney and Chief Negotiator, began with statements regarding impasse and agreed to postpone the hearing to a later date. After some discussion, Commissioner Belt moved to set a fact finding hearing date of July 20, 1989 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, for the Englewood Police Benefit Association and the City to present impasse data. Commissioner Kerzic seconded. The motion carried. The hearing was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
