Fleenor, Jr. None Stan Damas, CSB Attorney Martin Semple, City Labor Attorney & Chief Negotiator Thomas Buescher, EPBA Attorney Bob Stef, Police Negotiating Committee Gary Condreay, Police Negotiating Committee Searl G. Brier, Personnel Assistant Margaret Freeman, Finance Director Roger Fraser, City Manager Allan Stanley, Acting Police Chief Randy Carson, Police Negotiating Committee Ron Beck, Police Negotiating Committee Mary Ann Gregory, Recording Secretary Chairman Harry Fleenor opened the special hearing. A roll call was taken and a quorum established. Chairman Fleenor announced the purpose of the meeting was to allow the Englewood Police Benefit Association and the City to present impasse subjects and evidence regarding these subjects: (1) 1990 Wage Increase and (2) Senior Police Officer . Mr. Thomas Buescher, Englewood Police Benefit Association Attorney, began with opening remarks as to the nature of the impasse subjects and indicated the evidence the Englewood Police Benefit Association had prepared. Mr. Martin Semple, City Labor Attorney and Chief Negotiator, gave opening statements regarding the impasse subjects and the City's position in those areas . The Englewood Police Benefit Association presented evidence by offering 6 exhibits and calling 2 witnesses to testify. The City introduced evidence by submitting 25 exhibits and summoning 3 witnesses to give testimony. Each witness was cross examined, there were no rebuttal statements, and both sides gave closing arguments. Chairman Fleenor announced that written findings of facts would be distributed within the time constraints and thanked all parties involved in the presentations.
