Fleenor, Jr. Stan Damas, CSB Attorney Martin Semple, City Labor Attorney & Chief Negotiator Thomas Buescher, EPBA Attorney Peter Juenemann, EEA/AFSME President Bob Stef, Police Negotiating Committee Gary Condreay, Police Negotiating Committee Roger Fraser, City Manager Allan Stanley, Acting Police Chief Randy Carson, Police Negotiating Committee Ron Beck, Police Negotiating Committee Brenda Castle, EEA Negotiating Committee Mary Ann Gregory, Recording Secretary Acting Chairman Stan Damas opened the special hearing. A roll call was taken and a quorum established. Acting Chairman Damas announced the purpose of the meeting was to issue the Career Service Board's decisions regarding the impasse between the City, the Englewood Employees Association and the Englewood Police Benefit Association. Commissioner Kerzic moved to adopt the recommendations set forth by the Board in the written findings and recommendations as the decision of the Board on the 1990 contract impasse between the City and the Englewood Police Benefit Association. Commissioner Turner seconded. A roll call vote was taken resulting in 3 ayes and 2 absent. The motion carried. Commissioner Turner read the findings of fact and the conclusion into the record. Commissioner Kerzic moved to adopt the recommendations set forth by the Board in the written findings and recommendations as the decision of the Board on the 1990 contract impasse between the City and the Englewood Employees Association. Commissioner Davidson seconded. A roll call vote was taken resulting in 3 ayes and 2 absent. The motion carried. Commissioner Davidson read the findings of fact into the record. Commissioner Kerzic moved to close the special hearing. Commissioner Turner seconded. The motion carried and the hearing was closed at 6:50 p.m. Acting Chairman, Stan Damas
