Fleenor, Jr. Carla Davidson Wayne Whitney AFSME Business Agent Kenneth Watts, Appellant Peter Juenemann, EEA President Charles C. Grimm, Assistant City Attorney Daniel Brotzman, Assistant City Attorney Chairman Harry Fleenor opened the meeting. A roll call was taken and a quorum established. Chairman Fleenor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hear an appeal filed by Kenneth Watts requesting reinstatement with back pay and benefits. Charles Grimm and Daniel Brotzman, attorneys representing the City presented witnesses who testified about the history of Mr. Watts' termination, saying Mr. Watts had been a good employee, but after losing his driver's license for driving while under the influence of alcohol, he did not complete the required rehabilitation program. The attorneys representing the City presented 30 pages of material to which Mr. Whitney stipulated agreement and 13 exhibits. Mr. Whitney, representing Mr. Watts, questioned the witnesses, but presented no witnesses or exhibits. The Board listened to the testimony and stated they would vote and give findings of fact within 20 days. The hearing was adjourned at 10:00 p.m. Reco~ A
