ABSENT: None. Carla Davidson moved that the Findings of Fact for Nigel LaBarrie be approved . These findings stated that Mr. LaBarrie should have disposed of alcohol and obtained identification of teenagers. The penalty of 24 hours disciplinary suspension was reduced to 16 hours. Janet Kerzic seconded the motion, and all members except Chairman Fleenor voted for these Findings. Harry Fleenor moved, and JoEllen Turner seconded that Mr. LaBarrie had been justified, and even exemplary, in his conduct. Upon a vote, only Mr. Fleenor supported the "Minority Findings". The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
