HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-06-02 (Regular) Meeting Minutes MINUTES City Council Regular Meeting Monday, June 2, 2025 1000 Englewood Parkway - 2nd Floor Council Chambers 6:00 PM 1 Study Session Topic a) Director of Finance Kevin Engels was present to review the Monthly Financial Reports. b) Public Works, Finance and the City Manager's Office, along with Energy Services Group, provided information regarding the financing for the comprehensive municipal energy project. The meeting recessed at 6:30 p.m. for a break. Moved by Member Nunnenkamp and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Anderson to approve Agenda Items 9(b)(i-iii) and 9(c)(i-ii). a) Approval of Ordinances on First Reading There were no Ordinances on First Reading. b) Approval of Ordinances on Second Reading. i) CB 14 - Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with Englewood Public School District ORDINANCE NO. 25, SERIES OF 2025 (COUNCIL BILL NO. 14, INTRODUCED BY COUNCIL MEMBER ANDERSON) AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD AND THE ARAPAHOE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Docusign Envelope ID: 6D612D56-6492-4C03-B574-AA2CECA19BD2 City Council Regular June 2, 2025 NO. 1, A.K.A. In exchange, G4D will permit golf patrons with disabilities to use the adaptive carts at no charge, subject to availability, provided the patron has completed G4D’s required training and signed a liability waiver. This arrangement will result in a minimum annual contribution of $2,000 to the golf course. ii) Motion - Change order to the AEC-West contract in the amount of $250,000 for a total contract not to exceed $320,000 Approval of the Professional Services Agreement change order with AEC- West, Inc. for a $250,000 increase, bringing the total contract amount to $320,000.
