City Council Regular Meeting
Monday, June 23, 2025

1 Study Session Topic
a) Director of Finance Kevin Engels, Finance Manager Christine Hart, and a
representative from Hinkle and Co. presented on the 2024 annual financial
audit results and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
b) The Finance Department, City Manager's Office and the Leadership Team
provided City Council with a review on the Preliminary 2026 Operating & Staff
Prioritized Capital Requests.
The meeting recessed at 7:11 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:21 p.m. with all Council Members present.

The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 7:21 p.m.
