HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-06-23 (Regular) Meeting Minutes MINUTES City Council Regular Meeting Monday, June 23, 2025 1000 Englewood Parkway - 2nd Floor Council Chambers 6:00 PM 1 Study Session Topic a) Director of Finance Kevin Engels, Finance Manager Christine Hart, and a representative from Hinkle and Co. presented on the 2024 annual financial audit results and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. b) The Finance Department, City Manager's Office and the Leadership Team provided City Council with a review on the Preliminary 2026 Operating & Staff Prioritized Capital Requests. The meeting recessed at 7:11 p.m. for a break. There were no Ordinances on Second Reading. c) Resolutions and Motions i) Motion - Contract with Maintenance Resources Inc Custodial Services for City facilities Moved by Council Member Joe Anderson Seconded by Council Member Chelsea Nunnenkamp Approval of a contract with Maintenance Resources Inc. to provide custodial services for city facilities.
