regarding an issue was presented, and a back and forth method could be used. Ms. Sampson
suggested that we try to keep the friendly atmosphere that we currently have. Ms. Passerini just
stated a desire for everyone to stay on topic. Mr. Crotty thanked everyone and said that he will
try to continue to run things the way they are and continue to make efforts to make sure that
everyone 's voice is heard.

reminder to register for those people that participated in last year's event. The idea of having a
more direct web link on the city's website was discussed and Mr. Fruchtl stated that he will ask
the City sometime in July if we may be able to acquire a better link. Mr. Fruchtl also stated that
there might be the possibility of the City helping with the printing of the postcards. Mr. Brick
made a motion for a check for the costs of sending out and printing the postcards, to be paid in
advance so that there wouldn't be a need to wait for reimbursement. Mr. Fraietta then seconded
the motion and the motion was passed .
A discussion regarding a "group" rate for four or more was debated. After much discussion it
was determined that a "group" would be considered four or more people registering at the same
time and would have to have all materials in and received at the same time. A motion was made
by Ms. Olson to allow for groups or four or more registering to recei ve a reduced rate of $15 per
person. T he motion was then seconded by Mr. Gorsky, and the motion passed.

Mr. Fruchtl asked KEB if it was OK to bring dogs to the 5-K event. KEB said as a collective
