The meeting reconvened at 8:05 p.m. with all Council Members present. 7 Affordable Housing Plan Action Plan Preparation Update a) Deputy City Manager Tim Dodd, Director of Community Development Brad Power, and City Manager Shawn Lewis provided Council with a follow-up to the July 14 affordable housing workshop, discussing affordable housing program options based on the outcomes/goals agreed to by council at the workshop. 8 Executive Session a) Executive Session in the Pike Peak conference room for the discussion of a personnel matter under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(f)(I) for the purpose of annual employment reviews of City Attorney and City Manager. Moved by Council Member Othoniel Sierra Seconded by Council Member Chelsea Nunnenkamp MOTION TO MOVE INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION to conduct the City Manager and City Attorney annual reviews. The meeting recessed at 8:53 p.m. to go into Executive Session. The meeting reconvened at 11:14 p.m. with all Council Members present.
