The special meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 6:00 p.m.

Runyon were present to provide an update on the Greater Englewood
Chamber of Commerce.
b)Director of Finance Kevin Engels presented a review of the Monthly Financial
Report.
c)Director of Finance Kevin Engels presented modifications to the 2026 Capital
Budget for the general government departments.
The meeting recessed at 7:02 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:15 p.m. with all seven Council Members present.
5 Ground Lease Termination on the former Weingarten property and the Phased
Transfer of Title to New Englewood
a)Public hearing on the proposed Partial Termination of Ground Lease and
Conveyance of Property Agreement with New Englewood, LLC on the former
Weingarten property in Englewood CityCenter.

MOTION TO OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED PARTIAL
TERMINATION OF GROUND LEASE AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
AGREEMENT WITH NEW ENGLEWOOD, LLC ON THE FORMER
WEINGARTEN PROPERTY IN ENGLEWOOD CITYCENTER
