The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by City Clerk
Carlile at 6:03 p.m.

a) Hilarie Portell, Englewood Downtown Development Authority Executive
Director, Brad Nixon, EDDA Board Treasurer, and Troy Bernberg, EDDA
Financial Advisor, presented on the Englewood Downtown Development
Authority Proposed 2026 Budget
b) The Sustainability Commission along with, Sustainability Project Manager
Melissa Englund and Rick Emmelhainz, presented the work they've done on
exploring a potential Native Lawn Certification program for the Englewood
community.
The meeting recessed at 7:09 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:15 p.m. with all Council Members present.
