The meeting recessed at 6:12 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. with five Council Members present. Mayor Sierra withdrew his motion to go into Executive Session. Mayor Sierra announced that Monday, November 24 at 6:00 p.m. will be a Special Council Meeting in Council Chambers for an Executive Session for the purpose of a personnel matter regarding an employment investigation requested by Council under CRS 24-6-402(4(f)(I). b) Council Members' Choice 13 City Manager’s Report 14 Adjournment MAYOR SIERRA MOVED TO ADJOURN.
