RESOLUTION NO. 19
SERIES OF 2025
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY
ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on May 12, 2021, the City of Englewood executed the City Attorney
Employment Agreement, for employment beginning on June 7, 2021; and
WHEREAS, on October 17, 2022, City Council adopted Resolution No. 33, Series of
2022, approving Amendment Number 1 to the City Attorney’s Employment Agreement to
generally provide additional terms that mirror the City Manager’s contract provisions; and
WHEREAS, City Council desires to further amend the City Attorney Employment
Agreement regarding a contribution to the employee retirement account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The City of Englewood hereby authorizes execution of Amendment Number
Two to the City Attorney Employment Agreement, which shall be in substantially the same form
as that attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Section 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and attest
Amendment Number Two to the City Attorney Employment Agreement and take such further
action as necessary to implement its provisions.
