Recognition of Public Comment Public Comment will begin shortly after 7:00 pm, this is an opportunity to address City Council. There is an expectation that the presentation will be conducted in a respectful manner. Council may ask questions for clarification, but there will not be any dialogue. Please limit your presentation to three minutes. Englewood residents must provide your address or cross streets. Non-Englewood residents must provide the name of your city. If you have addressed Council in the last 90 days you will be moved to the bottom of the list. Written materials may be submitted to the City Clerk in advance or at the meeting. Audio/visual materials must be submitted to the City Clerk by 5pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Public Comment will be limited to 90 minutes total. If you'd like to speak virtually, please reach out to the City Clerk's office for a link, the deadline is Wednesday prior to the meeting by 5pm. You may also sign up in person immediately prior to the start of the Regular Meeting. Citizens may also submit written public comments to the City Clerk's Office until 12 p.m. the day after the meeting.
