City Attorney Brotzman stated !bat three names have been llllbmiaed. The two -lllbmiaed by the City are Carlton J . Snow and Donald P. Goodman and the EEA baa IUbmiald Jolin Criswell. Mr. Brotzman advised that John Criswell is a judge and be also 1epeaeur&d the T-.-n Union, u well u being the Englewood City Attorney. Council Member Garrett asked what type of experience we are lookina for. Director Eaton advised that we are looking for someone who bas bad experience with contract law, labor negotiations and impasse resolution .
